If you, or a close friend or relative has epilepsy, you will
know the feelings of isolation and vulnerability that diagnosis can bring.
But whatever anxieties and problems you may be facing, membership of Epilepsy
Queensland could make a real difference to the way that you manage your
condition.
It is a great challenge to continue to help people
in need but with your help we can. By supporting us through your
membership you can help us to raise public awareness which will result
in community understanding and better acceptance of epilepsy.

16-page magazine ‘The Flame’, which is packed with personal
stories, news about our events/activities and up to date advice and
information on how to make living with epilepsy easier for you

support and information to anyone whose life is touched by
epilepsy, either by phone, by visiting our office, or in some cases

are currently re-designing our website. When
completed this will give members greater
access to information on epilepsy and an on-line resource borrowing tool.
